6. Fabrics, Materials and Product Availability

Made to Measure garments are created based on the measurements, style preferences, and fitting requirements agreed with the client.
The client is responsible for attending scheduled fittings, providing accurate information about comfort, preference, posture, intended use, and any relevant physical changes that may affect the garment.
Because Made to Measure garments are personalized, fit adjustments may be part of the normal process.
Sartoriale Milano will use reasonable skill and care to deliver garments consistent with the agreed measurements, style choices, and service standards.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate contact information, attend confirmed appointments and fittings on time, inform Sartoriale Milano of any changes in availability, location, size, measurements, body weight, posture, or requirements that may affect the service, review and confirm details such as fabric, garment type, lining, buttons, cut, style, and other selected elements before production begins, respect agreed payment terms and timelines, and use the garments with proper care and according to any care instructions provided.
Sartoriale Milano is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect client information, missed appointments, delayed responses, uncommunicated body changes, misuse, improper garment care, or alterations performed by third parties.
9. Quotes, Prices and Payments
Prices may vary depending on garment type, fabric selection, construction, design options, customization, appointment requirements, urgency, delivery method, and other service elements.
The website does not collect online payments.
Any price shown on the website, if present, is indicative unless expressly confirmed in writing by Sartoriale Milano.
A final quotation may be provided after consultation and confirmation of the client’s requirements.
Prices, deposits, payment terms, accepted payment methods, taxes, cancellation conditions, and delivery charges are confirmed directly with the client case by case before production begins.
10. Custom and Personalized Garments
Made to Measure garments are personalized products created according to the client’s measurements and selected details.
Once production has started, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds may be limited or unavailable, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by Sartoriale Milano.
The client acknowledges that personalized garments cannot always be resold or reused due to their customized nature.
11. Timelines and Delivery
Any production, fitting, alteration, or delivery timeline communicated by Sartoriale Milano is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as binding in writing.
Timelines may be affected by fabric availability, supplier delays, logistics, customs, fitting availability, client response time, travel schedules, public holidays, or force majeure events.
Sartoriale Milano will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but it shall not be liable for reasonable delays outside its direct control.
12. Rescheduling and Cancellations
If the client needs to reschedule an appointment, they should contact Sartoriale Milano as soon as possible.
Sartoriale Milano may reschedule or cancel an appointment due to operational reasons, staff availability, travel requirements, safety concerns, delays, or events outside its control.
Specific cancellation terms for confirmed orders, deposits, or personalized garments may be communicated separately depending on the nature of the service.
